Jean Reynolds has worked in a variety of working environments related to the accounting and bookkeeping sector in the management of a multitude of companies. Over the last fourty years, she has started at the bottom of the ladder, working each step up into new opportunities. After three decades of working for other companies as a bookkeeping specialist and adviser on capital management, Jean opened her own company, Advantage Consultants, which now serves nearly one hundred clients in Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Montana, (others).

Sandra started working for Advantage Consultants four years ago as a bookkeeping specialist. Sandra has extensive background experience in notaries, appraisals, and bank reconciliation.
